Director Shankar who is well known for making super hit movies with commercial elements had done a movie with Rajinikanth titled Robo (Enthiran in Tamil) which has created a huge records in South Industry.
Now the ace director is busy with the shooting of the sequel to Robo with a title 2.0 which also stars Rajinikanth. And to a surprise Bollywood action hero Akshay Kumar is playing the villain role in the movie. The movie has launched it’s first look posters recently and has received a massive response from the audience
The movie is being produced by Lyca Productions with a mind blowing budget of Rs. 350 crores which is the most expensive movie in India till date.
But director Shankar is having a habit not to compromise anywhere to get his output from the movie. The major shoot part of the 2.0 has been done and graphic works are to be done. For this the budget estimates will not be sufficient. So the movie makers have allotted another 50 crores for the movie to get perfect output. The total expenses has reached Rs. 400 crores which is unbelievable amount for an Indian cinema. The movie makers are very confident about the movie’s result. Thus, Shankar has created another record by making the expense of the movie to reach Rs 400 crores.
